LOTE shortlisted for the James Tait Black Prize 2021!

The James Tait Black Prize has shortlisted Shola von Reinhold's LOTE for this years prize.

The prize is presented by the University of Edinburgh and looks for the best in fiction and biography writing, judged by literature scholars and students. Dr Benjamin Bateman, fiction judge said: “These books represent the very best qualities of global anglophone literature—epic, experimental, and engaged with pressing concerns both political and planetary.”

The winner of the prize receives £10,000 and will be announced at the Edinburgh International Book Festival in August. We are incredibly proud that Shola has been shortlisted for such a brilliant prize.

Your can buy LOTE from your local bookshop and at Jacaranda Books Online
